    Responsibilities

    The Regional Recruitment, Onboarding & Payroll Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

    1. Reviews applications and prepares offer letters
    2. Distributes and collects new hire paperwork
    3. Conducts reference checks
    4. Processes pre-hire drug and criminal background checks
    5. Enters new hires into Oracle system
    6. Covers pre-hire documentation requirements in general orientation
    7. Coordinates requests for leaves of absence with Regional HR Director
    8. Enters terminations into Oracle system and ensures appropriate termination/resignation confirmation letters have been sent
    9. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
    10. Responsible for entering and maintaining direct deposit data, tax data, title changes, rate changes, scheduled hours changes and professional license information in timely fashion
    11. Escalates issues to the Regional HR Director concerning, but not limited to, terminations, leaves of absence, compliance, surveys and all other HR matters as they arise
    12. Assists Center with Center-based recruitment efforts such as job fairs, open houses, refer a friend program, etc.
    13. Works with recruiters to enter recruitment data into applicant tracking system as needed
    14. Assists Center with payroll processing as needed
    15. Travel between assigned Centers required
    16. Physical presence at each assigned Center required
    17. Assists with other duties and projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • Experience with Oracle HR and Smartlinx Applications
    • 3-5 years experience assisting with onboarding, recruitment and payroll processing
    • Multi-site experience strongly preferred
    • Must be able to multi-task
    • Strong organizational skills are required
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters
